“I stopped in with a photo of a starting crack/peel up piece of linoleum tile in my kitchen wanting to get insight on how to go about fixing it. I spoke with Craig, who instead of pushing a service call fix on me, was happy to explain the process to fix it - in a very cost-effective manner. I got the info I needed to make a good repair and then Craig went way above by loaning me the actual product they would use to finish off the seal (to include the specialized dispenser bottle with tip). I didn't pay for anything that day, but I can assure you when I have to get anything that is along the products/services they work with they will be my first stop! Thank you for the awesome customer service! ”
