   You could probably ignore these copyright warnings given that the “publishers” refuse to publish them anyway and would be hardpressed to show any damages (loss) from your action and so the case could well be thrown out by courts. . All the more so given that they are not the publishers’ own writing anyway. If you’d copy-pasted them from their own site that might be different.
