The solution is;

  1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer
  2. Internet Options
  3. Content
  4. Certificates
  5. Trusted Root Certification Authorities
  6. Remove Autoridad Certificadora Raiz de la Secretaria Economia

    Thanks Travis for the information. When installing this VPN it is required to remove that certificate, but apparently it was not removed and that is why the user sent to me the message she was getting. Thanks again

      Los, it can come back if the user modifies their Window’s settings. This is what happened to me.
