Bad Review: Faulty AUSDOM AH862 Headphones – won’t honor Warranty

I purchased the AUSDOM AH862 HiFi Stereo Bluetooth V4.1 Headphones  online on the 7 September 2019, which came with a 12 month warranty.

6 months into owning them I noticed the battery wasn’t lasting, I emailed AUSDOM and after many back-and-forth emails and video evidence then confirmed “Okay, i have seen. It should be broken. [sic]”. Then the communication stopped with no help on how to resolve or replace.

Do not buy AUSDOM products.
